Your athlete profile carries forward when you upgrade. Metrics, academics, team information, video links, event history and public profile details stay with the athlete, so you do not have to rebuild the profile from scratch.
Why is DiamondFit an annual plan instead of monthly?
Recruiting is an ongoing cycle that includes summer events, fall updates, roster movement, coaching changes, video updates, school research and follow-up. Annual access gives families a full-year workspace instead of a short-term one-time school list.
Do I need a credit card to start Free?
No. The Free Athlete Profile does not require payment. You can upgrade later without rebuilding the athlete profile.

Does DiamondFit send emails for me?
No. DiamondFit helps build personalized, ready-to-send drafts and opens the completed draft in your preferred email app, including Gmail, Outlook/Microsoft 365, Yahoo Mail, your default email app or Copy Draft to Clipboard. The family sends the email from its own email account and can then log the outreach in DiamondFit.
Does every event include a complete attendee or coach list?
No. Available event, program and coach information can vary. DiamondFit Premium helps families evaluate the information that is available and connect that information to the athlete’s recruiting priorities, school list, coach contacts and outreach workflow.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Free can upgrade to Base or Premium, and Base can upgrade to Premium. The athlete keeps the same profile, photo, video and public-profile URL.
How do additional athletes work?
Paid family accounts can add athletes as separate annual subscriptions. Current pricing is $75/year for an additional Base athlete and $150/year for an additional Premium athlete.
