1. Who we are

Diamond Sports Recruiting provides baseball and softball recruiting education, planning tools, school-fit resources, coach contact organization, target-list support, recruiting insights, and related membership services through DiamondFit and our website.

2. No recruiting guarantees

Diamond Sports Recruiting and DiamondFit do not guarantee scholarships, roster spots, offers, admissions decisions, coach responses, playing time, financial aid, financial aid packages, visits, commitments, or recruiting outcomes. Recruiting decisions are made by colleges, universities, coaches, admissions offices, financial aid offices, athletic departments, and other third parties outside our control.

3. Eligibility and athlete information

DiamondFit is intended for use by parents, guardians, families, and athletes who are at least 13 years old. If an athlete is under 18, a parent or legal guardian should supervise use of the platform and approve any information submitted.

You agree that any athlete information, profile data, academic information, metrics, video links, preferences, recruiting goals, contact preferences, or recruiting details you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to share your account access with unauthorized users, resell access, copy platform content, scrape data, or misuse any DiamondFit tools.

5. Memberships and subscriptions

DiamondFit currently offers annual Base and annual Premium membership options. DiamondFit Base provides the core recruiting foundation. DiamondFit Premium provides the full recruiting command center. Your available tools, features, data access, search access, coach contact access, AI access, roster intelligence, reporting, exports, and workflow tools depend on your active plan.

Plan features, prices, access levels, product names, and available tools may change over time. Any changes will apply according to the terms presented at the time of purchase, renewal, upgrade, downgrade, or plan modification.

Paid DiamondFit memberships renew automatically on an annual basis unless canceled before the next billing date. You are responsible for managing your subscription through the account, checkout, or billing tools provided.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment and checkout providers. Diamond Sports Recruiting does not store full credit card numbers on our servers. By purchasing a membership or product, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Unless otherwise stated, canceling a membership stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for the current annual billing period.

8. Recruiting tools and information

DiamondFit may provide school data, coach contacts, roster-related insights, fit scores, projections, target-list tools, outreach tracking, monthly reports, camp evaluation tools, recruiting timelines, AI-assisted recommendations, public profile tools, inquiry tools, export tools, and recruiting resources. These tools are designed to help families make more organized decisions, but they should not be treated as guarantees, official college evaluations, admissions advice, scholarship advice, financial aid advice, or legal advice.

Recruiting information can change quickly. Coaches move, rosters change, scholarship availability changes, camps change, admissions requirements change, financial aid policies change, and schools update policies. You are responsible for verifying important information directly with schools, coaches, admissions offices, financial aid offices, athletic departments, and official college websites.

9. Coach outreach and communication

DiamondFit may help users prepare outreach, organize coach contacts, draft messages, open an email client, track outreach activity, manage follow-up dates, or evaluate next steps. Users are responsible for the content, accuracy, professionalism, timing, and appropriateness of any communications sent to coaches, schools, admissions offices, financial aid offices, or third parties.

Coach contact information, including emails and phone numbers, may be collected from publicly available sources or official athletics sources when available. Users agree not to use coach contact information for spam, harassment, mass unsolicited messaging, non-recruiting purposes, resale, scraping, redistribution, or any unlawful purpose.

10. Public profiles and inquiry forms

DiamondFit may allow users to create or publish an athlete recruiting profile, add video links, add social links, include approved public contact information, or use a private DiamondFit inquiry form. You are responsible for deciding what information is submitted, displayed, shared, or made public.

If an athlete is under 18, a parent or legal guardian should review and approve any public profile information, contact preferences, inquiry settings, video links, social links, and recruiting information before publication.

11. AI-assisted features

DiamondFit may include AI-assisted tools or recommendations. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Users should review, edit, and verify all AI-assisted content before relying on it or sending it to coaches, schools, admissions offices, financial aid offices, or third parties.

AI-assisted features are intended to support recruiting organization and decision-making. They are not a substitute for direct communication with schools, official eligibility guidance, admissions review, financial aid review, coach evaluation, or professional advice.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or platform for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Copy, resell, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute DiamondFit data, tools, designs, scoring concepts, resources, templates, or platform content without permission.
• Attempt to bypass access restrictions, membership rules, plan limits, feature restrictions, or security controls.
• Submit false, misleading, outdated, unauthorized, or inaccurate athlete information.
• Use coach contact information for spam, harassment, mass unsolicited messaging, resale, scraping, redistribution, or non-recruiting purposes.
• Share login credentials, resell account access, or allow unauthorized users to access paid features.
• Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to compromise the website, platform, database, AI tools, or security systems.

13. Intellectual property

Diamond Sports Recruiting, DiamondFit, our website design, logos, resources, tools, scoring concepts, software, page designs, content, templates, workflows, and materials are owned by Diamond Sports Recruiting or licensed for our use. You may use the platform for personal recruiting planning, but you may not copy, sell, publish, scrape, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative products from our materials without written permission.

14. Third-party links and services

Our website may link to third-party websites, schools, athletic departments, payment processors, email services, video platforms, recruiting questionnaires, official athletics websites, social platforms, or other services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, errors, outages, data accuracy, pricing, availability, or actions.

15. Service availability

We aim to provide reliable access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features as the platform evolves. Certain features may depend on third-party services, public data availability, official athletics sources, payment processors, email tools, AI providers, hosting providers, or other outside systems.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diamond Sports Recruiting and DiamondFit are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost opportunities, lost scholarships, recruiting outcomes, admissions results, financial aid outcomes, coach responses, camp outcomes, roster decisions, playing time decisions, or decisions made based on platform information.

17. Indemnification

You agree to hold Diamond Sports Recruiting harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, unauthorized use of content, inaccurate information submitted by you, public profile information you choose to publish, or communications you send to coaches, schools, admissions offices, financial aid offices, or third parties.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
