DiamondFit scores, roster opportunity indicators, school-fit guidance, projections, and recommendations are estimates based on available information, user-submitted information, and recruiting logic. They are not official evaluations from any college, coach, athletic department, admissions office, or governing body.

6. Coach contact information

DiamondFit may provide coach contact information or help organize outreach. Coach contact information can change at any time. Users should verify coach names, titles, emails, phone numbers, staff changes, and recruiting responsibilities through official school websites before relying on them.

7. Communication with coaches

Users are responsible for all communications sent to coaches, schools, clubs, events, or third parties. DiamondFit may help draft, organize, or open outreach emails, but users are responsible for reviewing messages, ensuring accuracy, following recruiting rules, and communicating professionally.
